Any commissioned purchase is for digital artwork and digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped

The ordered commission will be started after payment is made

Any major changes can be done during the sketch phase of the commission only

Once the illustration is finalised, only minor changes will be granted (color correctios, minor details)

Drawing time can take from 2-12 weeks, depending on the artists workload and complexity of the commission

Upon completion, the artist will provide the commissioner with large and resized versions of the artwork

For faster completion or tight deadlines, the artist will require additional fees

Refunds are not possible once the drawing process has started

The artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork

The artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes

The commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork under any circumstances

If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the artist

The commissioner may post on social media platforms providing credits to the artist

Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting online will cost extra. The details and fees for private artwork will be discussed and agreed upon separately
